iNurseries is an intermediary platform that connects parents with nurseries in their vicinity or any specified area in the UK.

For parents, iNurseries is unique in that there is no membership to take, which allows us to offer services to all parents. You just buy nursery services when you need it. We strive to establish a transparent relationship with our customers enabling us to inform them about all costs that they incur and we make sure that there are no hidden charges.

Signing up is easy, all you have to do is select "Register Now" on the homepage, and then enter your email address and password and we will create your account.

Once your account is created and profile set up, then you can use the search functionality to search for a nursery in the area you need. When you have found the nursery you would like to book, select book and pay for the space and you will then receive an email confirming the booking and an alert once the nursery has acknowledged the booking.

The Nursery fees are dependent on the nursery, as they set their fees. When you book a nursery space, you will pay however much the nursery has stipulated plus a £10 booking fee to iNurseries.

If there is a nursery you would like to view before booking, please email info@inurseries.co.uk with Subject line "Nursery Viewing" and we will liaise with you and the nursery to get this arranged.

Yes but If the booking is cancelled within 1 hour of placing the booking, you will be able to get a full refund. However, there is a £3 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is after 1 hour of booking, then you will be unable to get a refund.

Registering is very easy, all you have to do follow the instructions on the website when you select “Nursery sign up”

The only things we ask is that your nursery is a registered Business in the UK and you have an Ofsted rating of 3 or above.

iNurseries is fully responsive and when you set up your profile, you can enter your available spaces and these are updated in real-time and you can adjust your spaces if things have changed from your default settings.

Nothing. As we establish a transparent relationship with both our customers and nurseries, you are informed of all the cost incurred before any services are rendered. In your case we do not charge you anything to sign up with us, or deduct any fees for bookings from your fees.

We send payments to Nurseries on the 1st working day of each month, for all bookings for the previous month.

As soon a customer makes a booking at your Nursery, we will send you an email, SMS or voice call, to let you know depending on your notification choice.

Once a booking has been made, within your account booking area, you will be able to download / a PDF document which has all the information you will need about the booking.

If a booking is cancelled within 1 hour of placing the booking, INurseries will notify you and your space availability will be updated to allow new potential customers to buy the space. If the cancellation is after 1 hour, the customer will still have to pay for the space and the funds will still be sent to you in the next payment run.

If a child has not arrived and not cancelled the space, you will still receive payment for this space in the next payment run. We do ask that you let us know and we will follow up with the customer.
